Registration is now open.

Please read the information below and click on the link at the bottom of the page to start the registration process:

The registration fee includes:

  • Admittance to all technical sessions and exhibition
  • Conference programme
  • The abstract booklet (and digital download)
  • On-site lunches, coffee-breaks and conference dinner
  • Certificate of attendance
The registration fee doesn’t include:
  • Special events to be announced

Student fees

Students need to provide a copy of their valid student ID when registering; otherwise the student registration will not be accepted. Please send the confirmation (as PDF file) to info@mne2017.org

An accompanying guest fee includes the welcome reception and conference dinner

 

Payment Procedures
The online registration will provide the following payment methods:
  • Bank transfer (validated after receiving the copy of the bank transfer through info@mne2017.org).

Registration Cancellation Policy

Any bank charges incurred through reimbursement of cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.

  • Receipt of written cancellation until July 18th, 2017: Full refund of the registration fee will be granted, deducting a fee of 30 €
  • Receipt of written cancellation from July 19th to August 18th 2017: 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted, deducting a fee of 30 €
  • Receipt of written cancellation after August 19th 2017: No refund of registration fee will be granted

All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the congress secretariat via e-mail: info@mne2017.org

 

Short Courses

The Short Courses have limited attendance, first come, first served basis. If you are already registered for the MNE 2017 and wish to register for the Short Courses just reenter your personal area and add “Short Courses” option.
Kindly note that you may register only for the Short Courses without registering for the MNE 2017 Conference.
